At Sherimix, we want you to be thrilled with every T-shirt and mug you order. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a straightforward, customer-first return process.

15-Day “No Questions Asked” Guarantee

We offer a 15-day “No Questions Asked” return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason—or no reason at all.

  • T-Shirts: Changed your mind about the color? Decided you wanted a different fit? No problem.
  • Mugs: Just decided you don’t need another mug? We understand.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please make sure:

  • T-Shirts: Must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Mugs: Must be unused and returned in their original protective packaging (to prevent breakage during transit).
  • Timeframe: Your return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at Info@sherimix.com with your order number.
  2. Ship Your Item: We will provide you with the return shipping address.
    • Note: For “No Questions Asked” returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Get Paid: Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives and something is wrong, we take full responsibility.

  • Broken Mugs: If your mug arrives cracked or broken, please take a photo and email it to us within 48 hours.
  • Incorrect Prints/Sizes: If we sent the wrong design or size, we will send a replacement immediately.
  • Cost: In these cases, Sherimix covers all shipping costs for the replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Products featuring your own custom photos or names are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased from our “Final Sale” or “Clearance” section are not eligible for returns.
